What to Include
- Your name and contact number.
- Business name and listing URL, if applicable.
- Your request or complaint in clear detail.
- For payment issues, the UTR/transaction reference.
Privacy Requests
For requests concerning personal information, please describe the information involved and the action you are requesting, such as correction or deletion. We may verify your identity or authority before processing the request.
Payment Safety
Never send your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, password or banking login credentials by email or WhatsApp.
Response
We will review requests and respond as reasonably practicable, subject to the nature of the issue and any information needed to investigate it.
