Business Listing & Content Policy

This policy helps keep Business Listings India useful and trustworthy for businesses and visitors.

Allowed Content

Accurate business names, addresses, contact information, descriptions, services, products and photographs that you are authorised to publish.

Not Allowed

• Fake, impersonated or deliberately misleading business listings.
• Content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
• Stolen or copyrighted photographs used without permission.
• Spam, keyword stuffing, malware, malicious links or deceptive redirects.
• Harassment, threats, abusive content or fraudulent claims.
• Confidential credentials, OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or banking login information.
• Duplicate listings created to manipulate visibility.

Verification Integrity

Do not submit false information, someone else's location, or a payment reference that does not belong to the ₹199 transaction being submitted.

Moderation

We may review, edit, reject, unpublish or remove content that violates this policy. Where appropriate, we may request clarification or supporting information from the business owner.

Reporting

If you believe a listing contains false, unauthorised or prohibited content, contact contact@devendrapandey.com with the listing name, page details and reason for the report.
