These Terms govern your use of Business Listings India, including free business listings and the ₹199/month Verified Listing service.

1. Acceptance

By using the website or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Business Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, current and authorised for publication. You must not submit another person's business information without authority.

3. Basic Listing

Basic Listing is currently offered free of charge. Availability, display and publication remain subject to review and the platform's policies.

4. Verified Listing — ₹199/month

The Verified Listing is an optional paid service priced at ₹199 per year. Payment does not mean that every submitted claim is automatically approved. We may review the submitted information and payment reference before marking a listing as Verified.

5. Verification

A Verified badge indicates that the listing has completed our stated verification process. It is not a government licence, legal certification, guarantee of business quality, or guarantee of any transaction between a visitor and the listed business.

6. Public Display

You understand that information submitted for a public listing may be displayed to website visitors. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, OTPs, bank credentials or other information that should not be public.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, misleading listings, unlawful activity, spam, harassment, malicious code, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or publication of content you do not have permission to use.

8. Photos and Content

By uploading photos or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and publish that content.

9. Suspension or Removal

We may refuse, suspend, edit, unpublish or remove a listing where information appears inaccurate, misleading, abusive, unlawful, duplicated, unauthorised, or inconsistent with our policies.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may link to or use third-party services such as map services, WhatsApp, UPI applications or other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

11. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee search ranking, customer enquiries, sales, leads, business performance or uninterrupted availability of the website.

Business Owner Management Responsibilities

If you use the private business management panel, you confirm that you are the business owner or are authorised by the business owner to manage the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and timely updating of information, photographs, products, prices, offers, services, contact details, social-media links and other content that you submit or publish through the management panel.

You must not upload content that you do not have permission to publish, impersonate another business, publish misleading information, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity. Business Listings India may review, reject, unpublish or remove content that violates these Terms, the Content Policy or applicable law.
